This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Client”) and Higher Love Architects LLC (“HLA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and governs your participation in the 30-Day Self-Love Reset (“Program”).

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Overview

The 30-Day Self-Love Reset is a short-term, trauma-informed coaching and educational experience designed to support emotional regulation, self-trust, and personal growth.

This Program is not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological care.

Participation is voluntary.

2. Program Deliverables

Upon enrollment, you will receive access to the following, as applicable to your selected path:

Guided Path Participants May Receive:

  • A 30-Day RESET — From Chaos to Calm

  • Guided practices and rituals

  • Access to the Inner Harmony Collective community

  • Two weekly live Q&A coaching calls

  • One personalized coaching reflection

  • Ongoing guidance and integration support

  • 30 days of digital access

Self-Guided Participants May Receive:

  • A 30-Day RESET — From Chaos to Calm

  • Guided practices and rituals

  • Personalized coaching reflection (if included at time of purchase)

  • 30 days of digital access

Specific inclusions are determined by your selected enrollment tier.

3. Access Period

Access to the Program is provided for 30 days from the date of enrollment (“Access Period”).

After the Access Period ends, access may expire unless otherwise stated.

HLA is not obligated to extend access.

4. Representations & Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are participating voluntarily

  • You are responsible for your own well-being

  • You are mentally, emotionally, and physically capable of participating

  • HLA does not guarantee specific outcomes

The Program provides educational and coaching support only and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

You agree to seek appropriate professional support if needed.

5. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the full purchase price as displayed at checkout.

All payments are processed electronically.

You authorize HLA to charge your selected payment method.

You are responsible for ensuring valid and sufficient payment information.

Failed or declined payments may result in suspended access.

6. Refund Policy

Due to immediate digital access and delivery of materials:

All sales are final. No refunds are offered.

Exceptions may be made at HLA’s sole discretion in rare circumstances.

7. Upgrade Credit (If Applicable)

If stated at the time of enrollment, your Reset investment may be credited toward the 12-Month Rise Radiantly Women’s Program when:

  • Applied within 30 days of completing the Reset

  • Subject to availability and enrollment terms

  • Non-transferable

Credit does not convert to cash and cannot be applied retroactively.

8. Community & Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully

  • Maintain confidentiality

  • Avoid harassment, disruption, or harmful behavior

  • Honor community boundaries

HLA reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior compromises the safety or integrity of the Program.

Removal for misconduct does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, recordings, and content are the property of Higher Love Architects LLC.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • RADIANT™ Method

  • Neuro-Vagal™ Reset

  • Related materials

You may not copy, share, distribute, record, or reproduce content without written permission.

Access is personal and non-transferable.

10. Media & Testimonials

By participating, you grant HLA permission to use anonymized testimonials, feedback, and non-identifying excerpts for educational and promotional purposes.

You may withdraw consent in writing at any time.

Confidentiality and discretion will be respected.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HLA, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims arising from your participation, actions, or breach of this Agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

HLA’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for this Program.

HLA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Participation is at your own risk.

13. Modifications & Termination

HLA reserves the right to:

  • Update these Terms

  • Modify Program content

  • Adjust scheduling

  • Improve delivery

Reasonable notice will be provided when possible.

If the Program is discontinued, access will remain available for the paid Access Period.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and HLA regarding the 30-Day Self-Love Reset.

It supersedes all prior agreements related to this Program.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

All disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts.
