When my body finally began to settle, everything started to change — my energy, my clarity, and the way I was able to show up in my life and relationships.

Today, as a Yoga Therapist and Nervous System Coach with over 15 years of experience in nervous system and body-based work, I help women understand what their nervous system has been doing — and how to shift out of chronic stress and back into grounded confidence.

That work eventually became the foundation for the Neuro-Vagal™ Reset and the RADIANT™ Method — the body-first frameworks I now use to help women shift their nervous systems out of survival mode and back into steadiness.
