What “Full Participation” Means

To qualify for the guarantee, you agree to:

1. Complete the Reset

  • Watch all lessons
  • Follow the daily practices to the best of your ability
  • Complete the full Reset within 30 days of your start date

2. Stay Engaged in the Process

  • Move through the full Reset (not just parts of it)
  • Give your nervous system time to integrate (this work builds over time)
  • Participate in the community and live Q&A sessions for support
  • Apply what you’re learning through the practices and reflections

3. Reach Out if You’re Struggling

If by the end of Week 2 you are not noticing any shifts, you must reach out for support.

This ensures we can guide you, adjust where needed, and support your progress in real time.

 

Eligibility Requirements

You may request a refund if:

  • You have completed the full Reset within 30 days of your initial access date
  • You have actively participated in the practices
  • Attended at least 3 Live Q&A sessions (Core Reset)
  • Completed all 4 1:1 coaching sessions with Renee (Deep Reset)
  • Submitted reflection sheets for Renee’s feedback
  • You reached out for support by the end of Week 2 if you felt stuck
  • You have not violated the program terms
